Every plan is a monthly maintenance subscription that always includes the essentials: keeping your site online and hosted, monitoring uptime, and applying security & software updates. Plans differ by how many small change requests (quick text/image/price/hours/link swaps) and new pages are included each month. These monthly amounts are a friendly baseline — Seth will often happily do more — and unused amounts don't roll over.

Custom ISSI-auction website builds are billed at the Launch Pad maintenance level — see /ISSIauction for that one-time build offer. Music websites have their own Music Website plan below — see /music for the one-time build offer.

Larger work — adding many pages at once, a redesign, or setting up an online store or booking system — goes beyond routine maintenance and is quoted separately. Prices may change from time to time; if a change affects the price of the plan you're on, Seth will give you advance notice before it takes effect.

Plan fees cover the service itself. Third-party and usage-based costs beyond what a plan includes are passed through at cost, as described in the Terms (Section 4). App Care plans include the app-store developer account fees.
