Every plan is a monthly maintenance subscription that always includes the essentials: keeping your site online and hosted, monitoring uptime, and applying security & software updates. Plans differ by how many small change requests (quick text/image/price/hours/link swaps) and new pages are included each month. These monthly amounts are a friendly baseline — Seth will often happily do more — and unused amounts don't roll over.

- Care level scales with your users, listings, and complexity
- Extra work beyond care: $100/hour. Requests over 2 hours get an estimate first (Terms, Section 2).
- Infrastructure and third-party usage passed through at cost (Terms, Section 4)

Larger work — adding many pages at once, a redesign, setting up an online store or booking system, or new features and phases for a custom platform — goes beyond routine maintenance and is billed hourly or quoted separately. Prices may change from time to time; if a change affects the price of the plan you're on, Seth will give you advance notice before it takes effect.
Plan fees cover the service itself. Third-party and usage-based costs beyond what a plan includes are passed through at cost, as described in the Terms (Section 4). Legacy App Care plans include the app-store developer account fees.
